I also ordered a support cane for my husband which isn't going to work.
Does anyone know whether the NFB will take returns and what their policy
is?
 
I was going to try to  find it on the site, but if someone has the
information already, I thought that might be more efficient, seeing as
I've been out of circulation for a week and have a lot of catching up to
