[Blindtlk] Illinois School for the Visually-Impaired closureupdate?

Where are you folks finding this info on the Illinois school for the blind?
I can't find It any where.
That is kind of funny that the state wants to close It because of money, but 
they are looking into putting in a hi speed rail line.
