[Blindtlk] accessible phone services

I feel like Mobil Speak sometimes talks too much. Does At&t have any new
phones that are talks accessible or are most people going to Mobil Speak
these days? I am in desperate need of a new phone. I am using a possessed
6620 that is a zillion years old. Are there any black-berry like phones
that can be used with talks?
