     Unfortunately this is true.  It makes no sense for a state to not use the equipment to ensure that all voters in the state are allowed to have their right to a private vote.  Jesse

Hi Jesse. We have just had several local elections around the state and there have been no accessible machines used in St. Louis or Jefferson City. The argument is that HAVA only requires use of these during federal elections? True or false sir?
