Marion & Dave,
Thank you both. I really appreciate your quick responses.

I'm not looking for a new computer though. As I explained last night,
I'm stretched to thin already & don't have the money, not to mention,
I just purchased this computer in May of 2008. So it's only been a
year & 4 months that I've had it. I would like the computer to be
fixed, not to have to go out & buy a new one, especially considering
how young it is.
My Dell lasted me 6 years, however it appears that I've made a mistake
buying a "home-built PC" this time around, & now lack a computer
professional who can take a look at it & figure out why JAW's is
continuously stuttering & why I'm continuously having difficulties
with IE 7.

Again, thank you for the information though, & should I need a new
computer in the future, or somehow pay off the current loan on this
computer & be able to get a new one, I'll keep this information in
mind & store it in my archives for future reference.
Michelle
