To speak frankly, yes it is pirateing; that is, of course, unless they have 
obtained proper permission from the copy right holders.  IF they have not, 
then, the law is being broken.  As a final thought, just because we are 
blind does not give us the right to break the law.  I have seen views of the 
opposite sort again and again on various lists.  It comes from the something 
for nothing mentality that too many of us blind seem to have!

Let us not do this to ourselves.
