I use NVDA (Non-Visual Desktop Access) too. I don't have a full versin
of JAWS yet, so I use it alot, and there are also a few programs that
don't work well with JAWS, but do with NVDA. It's at
www.nvda-project.org, I believe.

I wrote a blog post about it on my blog, Treasure Chest for the Blind
(<blindtreasurechest.blogspot.com>). Just search for NVDA. NVDA is
great!
