Brian,
Granted I am not the moderator, and, you are certainly entitled to your opinion. However, I think you are out of line with your profanity on the list.

dam,
you always have to be a downer.
can't you ever just laugh and say that's pretty cool.
are you going to slam me for going to a pro drag race and being handed john
force's team hat just because i'm blind?
Never mind that i have attended the races for 20 years, know all about the
cars, and are on a first name basis with some of the top drivers.

>> On the NBC Nightly News tonight there was a neat story about Jane Lang, a
>> Morris Plains, NJ Yankees fan who was given quite a surprise last night.
>> Members of the Yankees team showed up at her home unannounced and
>> escorted her to the game via subway. Ms. Lang was being honored at the
>> game as a part of the Yankees Hope Week without her prior knowledge. Ms.
>> Lang had been present at about 250 games in the past where she would take
>> the subway with her guide dog, Clipper to the stadium.
>>
>> Last night she was given the line-up card to present to the umpire and
>> the Detroit Tigers Manager. She announced "Let's Play Ball", was given a
>> walk of the bases, and was given the game ball.
>>
>> I tried to attach the story link to this email but was unsuccessful. You
>> can find it by googling her name and nbc news.
>>
>> Neat story
