[Blindtlk] Grilling question

I have made pecan pralines the past two years at Christmas and have given
them away as gifts. They are a hit. Pralines have a long southern history.
I intend to buy one of the new talking thermometers that measure high temps
and try my hand making peanut brittle this year.
