[Blindtlk] Braille Note Repair/Cleaning

I stand to be corrected, but I think that the only folks who repair
BrailleNote devices are the ones who work for Humanware.  I don't think I've
ever seen any advertisements for repair of braille displays other than from
their manufacturers.
