Most drivers just don't care, where I live, we have a big problem with them
parking on the sidewalk, they will yell and kurse at you if you bump there
cars.
We have grown so much as well, we are the fastest growing area in the state,
they need to update the traffic laws, they are set up for a small town.
one of them is is that they can still make a left turn even after the left
turn arrow stops, they don't look to see if anyone is crossing.
But the biggest problem is that blind people will bitch about it, but wont
band together and go to the city about it.
That's the same reason that transit companies get away with brakeing the
federal ADA laws.
Blind people would just rather spend all there money on cabs and paire
transit then do anything about this stuff.
