To All Aspiring Leaders in the Education of Blind Children,

It is time to think about applying or re-applying for 
the       beginning in the fall of 2011.  The NEW application

applications".  Completed applications must be  postmarked by 
December 31, 2010.  Applications postmarked after that date will not
