[Blindtlk] Kurzweil Personal Smoker for the price of shipping

Hi all.  I have a Kurzweil Personal Reader which I will let somebody have 
for the price of shipping.  Starting June 28, it will be on a one month 
countdown for heavy trash pickup.  It is composed of a scanning unit and 
an electronics unit.  Unfortunately, the electronics unit smokes when it 
is turned on and I consider it dangerous.  It still works though which 
suggests to me that it could be good for spare parts, since it still 
speaks and operates even though it smokes.  The plug-in circuit boards and 
the software cartridge possibly could be re-used inside of another unit. 
The scanning unit is perfectly good.  I would ship the two pieces and the 
Braille manual and braille addendum as is, no backing of any kind.  The 
only reason I don't discard it is because I want to give someone the 
opportunity to use whatever might be good from the unit.  If you seriously
