[Blindtlk] JAWS and Internet Explorer, no hotkey navigation?

Hi all,

I'm having some difficulty with my navigation hotkeys on the internet. I can
use the CTRL hotkeys (i.e., CTRL + O for opening a site or file and CTRL + F
for finding), but can't use any of the single letter hotkeys (i.e., H for
headings and U for unvisited links). Does anyone know what might be wrong
and/or how to fix it?

I am using Windows XP, JAWS 10.0, and I think IE 7 (whatever comes before
8.0, because I got rid of that after it upgraded...it's a nightmare). Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
