[Blindtlk] JAWS and Internet Explorer, no hotkey navigation?

Well, Insert + Z didn't work, but gave me an idea. I pressed Insert + V to
get to the JAWS options, then went down the list. There was an option called
"Navigation Hot Keys" that was on "SayAll Only". I changed this to "On" and
it works now, but if I navigate away from IE (e.g., closing IE and reopening
or pressing alt tab to go to a non-IE window), it returns to the "SayAll
only" setting. Is there a way to make this change permanent? Thanks for the
advice, which led to a temp fix!
