[Blindtlk] JAWS and Internet Explorer, no hotkey navigation?

Thank you so much! This fixed the problem. I'm not sure why the
navigation hotkeys were turned off, but they're back on now, and all's
well. And I learned how to change some of the settings at the same
time, so that's a good thing indeed.
