POSITION:                             Computer Instructor

SALARY:                                Commensurate with Experience

 

QUALIFICATIONS:   Graduation from an accredited college 

                                                Or university with a degree
in Computer 

                                                Technology or the Education
Field, Special Education

 

DUTIES:                                 Provide computer training using
adaptive software
for blind and visually impaired clients.  

                                                Provide direct service to
clients enrolled in the
center's technology program.

                                                Schedule client graduations

                                                Maintain and update all
required client records

                                                Provide follow-up and
evaluation related to the
computer program

 

Skills:                          Excellent English skills

                                                Organizational skills a must

                                                Public speaking and
presentation skills

                                                Ability to create synergies
and effective
partnerships

                                                Computer skills - office
applications and internet
