[Blindtlk] Questions Re: Web Cams

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if anyone here as any experience using a web cam? Is this something that can be manipulated by someone with no vision?

The reason for my question is that I am scheduled to take a public speaking course next term, , and a web cam is required. For those who don't know, I am enrolled in an online degree course, so I'm going to need to be seen and heard by the instructor.

I hope the web cam won't show my cluttered and chaotic house. (smile) Anyway, any input would be appreciated. I'm going to have to go out and buy one, so I want to make sure I don't buy anything that is completely inaccessible.
