Sure, activeSync is obtainable online. I believe it's free. I bought my 
packmate secondhand from someone I know, and so my software was sent to 
me by that person. I don't know where you have to go to download it 
though. Since it's shareware, and doesn't require a serial number, I 
can make things easier for you and send you a copy of the setup file if 
you like. Let me know. I'd be happy to do that since I already have it.
