[Blindtlk] Grocery shopping, and transportation questions

  While I went to college, I lived in a small town/city, where cab rates 
were first $4 each way in a particular zone, and then later on went up 
to $5.  At least I was able to budget cab fares for rainy days.  I 
everyonce in a while would do a drive-through; cab drivers didn't mind.  
It was a little more expensive, but far less expensive than having them 
wait for me.
