I'd be glad to talk you through this if you want to call my friend. Hearing
your phone as we go through your questions will be helpful to both of us.

Gary

Subject: [Blindtlk] Question re: KNFB Reader Phone Commands

Hi Guys,

Do any of you have the Nokia N#82 KNFB reader phone? If so, I'm hoping you
can give me a couple of tips.

First of all, I haven't yet figured out how to check my battery level on
this phone. Is there a quick method for doing this via the key pad. My
daughter and husband can find it, but I can't figure out a way to read it.

Secondly, can any of you offer tips on how to send a text message. I've
learned how to read them, I just can't figure out how to send one. Do you
enter the text message directly after entering the phone number on the same
screen, or do you need to hit enter after the phone number and go to a
different screen?
Any help appreciated. I'm finding this phone much more complex to use than I
thought it would be.

Thanks,
