Steve, Thank you. That is a great idea. I was thinking that myself. Before I
spend hundreds of dollars on exercise equipment, I should find out what I
can actually do first and what type of equipment might be best suited for my
particular needs. Thank you.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts. I really appreciate it. I need to do
something about my health and physical activity or the lack thereof. Thanks,
