[Blindtlk] Eye Poking

I still find myself doing it. Especially if I am excited about something or
under a lot of stress.

I am 57, and I find myself doing it when I am stressed also.  It is 
an unconscious habit.  I have broken it mostly -- but not 100 percent.

Maybe that is the best we can hope for!
