[Blindtlk] FW: Press Release from GW Micro GW Skype

I saw a tweet from GW Micro today that said it works with all screen 
readers.  I don't know if that means it is self voicing -- I didn't 
pick up on that, or a screen reader is required, or it uses SAPI.  I 
will ask at work, know one of my staff has used it.
