I talked to somebody who has used it some and he says essentially 
what you do, Steve, it does require a screen reader to 
speak.  However, there are a few things which screen readers do not 
pick up in Skype, so they are voiced through SAPI.  So it is like it 
is 99 percent screen reader dependent, and 1 percent self voicing.
