[Blindtlk] assistive technology information

Hello Sarah. I use an Apex which has a 32 character braille display. I
like the unit very much. It does have software with some significant bugs
that have not been addressed. If you do a find and replace, the unit will
sometimes lockup and cost you any work you have done on the document which
is not yet been saved because your only alternative is to press the reset
key. There is also a problem when doing a reset. More often than not, I
find that the time displayed by the unit is off by an hour after reset.
I think they have a really good product, but I think they need to get busy
and update the software.

Hello. I currently use a BrailleNote MPower BT 32. I would like to hear from
people that use the BrailleNote apex, the Braille sense Plus, and the Pac
Mate Omni. I am trying to determine which device would best suit my needs.
feel free to email me off list. Thank you.
Sarah
