I just heard from my Vendor and they do not Braille business cards yet.  But
they do Braille signs.  If anything changes or I find another Vendor that
does I will let you know.

Jaws PRO works under all versions of windows.  It is primarily used for
business networking.  If your computer at home isn't windows professional
which most aren't, just purchase the standard copy of jaws.  Hope this
helps.
