[Blindtlk] About cane tips

Hey everyone, sorry for the double post today, but do you know where I can
find cane tips? where do they sell them, and how can I buy them? 
My O&M instructor used to provide those for me and she won't work with me
anymore since I graduated from high school.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
