Good Morning All,

I would like to offer just a very very brief note of clarification with regard to my posts yesterday, as I am afraid I might have sent some negative vibes of my own.  It was never my intent to imply that differing opinions should not be discussed in the organization, or that firm disagreements should not be expressed, as long as it is done constructively and amicably, and in the hope of effecting change. But when all that a person has to offer is negative, stabbing jibes and an obvious sense of dissatisfaction, then perhaps it is time for them to rethink where they are.

That is all I was saying.
