[Blindtlk] Question re: Exercise Equipment

I have an inexpensive treadmill. It doesn't talk, but two minutes with a
package of bump dots and it's mostly useable. I can change the speed,
incline, start stop and select one of the preprogrammed fitness programs. I
cannot read the screen to know how far I've walked, calories burned or the
time I've walked. I also cannot access the weight loss preprogrammed
sessions. For the price, around $400, I am satisfied with what I can do
with it.

For audio exercise routines, you might check Audible.com. I have a yoga
program from there. I don't really like it, but I don't think I'm a Yoga
person. The audio is high quality and I'd definitely recommend Audible.

I also have a mini trampoline, hand weights and a balance ball. I get bored
with the same exercise all the time. If I rotate through different things
I tend to keep with it.

HTH
Julie
