[Blindtlk] Broken cctv

Hi folks,

My CCTV is not working. It stopped working a few months ago. I have called
the manufacture and my DBS counselor. DBS is not wanting to fix it. They
woulrl rather me have a loaner. What should I do? How can I get them to fix
it? I really need it to do my paperwork, read mail, etc.
