[Blindtlk] Who Bathes You?

At the same time, when the idiocy comes from someone who purports himself as
a highly trained and intelligent medical professional, it certainly is very
stupid! If this offends the medical community, perhaps they would like to
give us the opportunity to be a part of their education! I have tried and
they insist this blind guy - also a highly educated professional - has
nothing of value to offer them. Of course, this is pandemic in the medical
profession and seems to be more prevalent in the field of ophthalmology! Go
figure! Neurologists are taught about the capacity of para & quadriplegics
and know where to refer them for good physical & occupational therapy so
they can fully participate in society on terms of equality. The eye care
profession, generally, tells us we need to take up a hobby we can do with
our hands and leave our independence in the care of those who are light
dependent!

Fraternally yours,
Marion Gwizdala
