It's not too personal.  I don't mind talking about what I do.

I'm the diversion program administrator for my county.  I coordinate the 
adult diversion program, the juvenile diversion program, a truancy program 
and a parenting class, and a few smaller event type things.    I do 
everything from grant writing and  financial reports  to writing case plans 
and teaching classes.  It is a lot of paperwork.  I do quite a bit of it on 
the computer, but police reports only come in print! *smile*
