curious about how on line training works for raille transcribing... 

is there a program or device needed to complete the NFB Certification course? I know they want a hard copy manuscript... does that mean using your braille writer and creating it that way? Heavily considering the on line course, but all I have is a laptop and a braille writer. I really don’t want to do snail mail if I can avoid it. Please help
