[Blindtlk] NFB Center in Florida

I feel we need an NFB center here in Florida, because our Division of blind services has turned our rehab center almost into a resourt! What would I need to do, in order to get one started here in Florida? Here's what DBS has done. Please read the attatched file! and let me know what you think! RJ RJ
