[Blindtlk] Hiring Drivers.

I read the other day about a fairly new concept where people donate their 
time and talents to someone in need and it is recorded.  Then when and if 
this person ever needs help if they ever get in such a position, their time 
of donation is given by someone else who is having his or her time recorded 
for future use.  And the concept keeps perpetuating itself.  Did I explain 
that understandably?  I don't remember the name of the organization.
