Caller was hit by car at Georgia Gwinette College.  It was in an area
apparently set up for handicap, but there is no crosswalks signage.

He says that the campus police had an I don't care attitute.

He wants to take legal action.

I am sending this on to you because we really haven't got started yet, so I
need some direction.
