[Blindtlk] braille printer questions

Hi Nikki,
I have a Romeo Pro 50 at school and love it! I haven't heard the Juliet to say if it's any quieter than the Romeo, but the Romeo is very good.
If you find the Romeo and Juliet embossers to be too expensive, you may want to check to see if anybody has one of the discontinued embossers such as a Braille Blazer which they would be willing to sell. I have a Blazer here at home, but don't use it anymore, so I would probably do well to get rid of the thing, but I'm not sure if I'm going to sell it or just give it away to a blind person in the area, probably the family of one of our younger blind kids.
I'm sorry I couldn't offer more information, but I hope this helps you.
Good luck,
Chris

Subject: [Blindtlk] braille printer questions
Hi, I’m looking for faster easier ways to braille other than using my Perkins. I’ve heard of Romeo and Juliet, and how Juliet is quieter. Are they the best available product? Are they expensive? Am I able to find one inexpensively, and if so, where?
Thanks for any help you can share.
