[Blindtlk] Authorizing FS Reader to play NLS downloaded books?

There is no computer software player that will play NLS books,
unfortunately, due to our lovely copy right laws in the US. British
folks are so lucky! The RNIB or whatever it is there doesn't copy
protect their books at all, with no DRM, so they can play theirs on
any daisy player. Or at least that was the situation I heard of last,
which was a few months ago.

Go to the NLS website. There is a link there to authorize a new device.

Subject: [Blindtlk] Authorizing FS Reader to play NLS downloaded books?

Hello everyone.

Do you know is there is any way for me to authorize my FS reader software so
that I can play protected downloaded books from NLS BARD? I know that there
is a way that I can do it but with the Victor Reader from Humanware. Does
anyone know the process, if any, to authorize my FS reader through Freedom
Scientific so I can read Audio NLS books?

Thanks for your help.
