[Blindtlk] iPhone drawbacks?

In my case, when I make a call on my Iphone, the keypad stays exposed. Now, when you have it set for touch typing, as I do, and you need for what ever reason to generate a sustained tone, the trick then is to swipe the screen until you hear the digit you wish, then, what you do is you double tap and hold that place on the screen. This is because, as we Iphone users know, with touch typing, you move one finger around the screen and, when you hear the character you wish, lift your finger off and that character will type in right away.

Sincerely,
