[Blindtlk] Erasing File Names

Have you hit F5 and if you do that, is the file still there? And what's the
filename?

There's a file name on my computer located in my music folder that I'm
trying to delete, however JAW'S keeps telling me I can't delete it because
it isn't there.

How can the file name itself be there without the file being there?
And how can I delete the FILE NAME so it doesn't show up in my music folder
anymore?
