Hello, me again.
By the way, Dr. Maurer said during the Youth Slam 2009 which I attended:
"When you get lost, you explore new territories." it was either him or
someone else who spoke in front of all of us that first day.

Hello,

No, I don't think getting lost is a bad thing at all. If you use your
skills to figure out where you are and how to get where you should be, this
is a very good thing. Your aid shouldn't get angry at you at all for
getting lost. You're really learning a lot when you figure out where you
are and how to get where you need to be, on your own. Keep working at it
and don't let him discourage you.

Cindy

Hi,
I am doing a pretty good job navigating my high-school campus. I
hardly ever get lost, but I used to more often when I began.
I had a question: is it a big deal when you get lost, but find
your way COMPLETELY on your own?
I'm emphasizing this because my aide used to always get mad at me
when I got lost, even if I found my way using my skills. One
time he got upset because I was checking a room number on a door,
but I needed to know what the room number was in order to get
where I was going. He treats getting lost and finding my own way
just as badly as getting lost and needing lots of help. Is this
right?
