[Blindtlk] Bills and Petitions.

Hi All;

            I believe the N.F.B. National Office provides useful information
about bills that it deems sufficiently important to us to solicit our
activism concerning our elected officials.  If provides titles and bill
numbers so that we know the origin of the bill, a little about its history,
etc.  I realize there are many other bills that are worthy of our support,
however, I ask that when asking for support of proposed legislation on this
list, we give a title, bill number, and the name of the main sponsor of the
bill so that detailed materials can be found online if desired.  I have
stayed off-list for a while because of this petition/bill conversation.  It
appears that the prompting of it was spam.
