Is it understandable? Gmail also has an audio kaptcha, but I
have
found it to be very hard to understand.

Last time I checked, Facebook offered an audio version of their
 captcha.
You may be able to authenticate using this, depending on how
they
 are doing
it these days. If you have a cell phone that does text, you may
 also want
to participate in their two-factor authentication program, which
 sometimes
involves them sending a text message to your cell phone to
 confirm an action
 you are taking.

I use the regular Facebook page, when I'm on it, but recognize
 that it is
quite complicated, unpredictable and dynamic. Using Firefox or
 IE8 with
 Window-Eyes 7.5.2.

 Hi Sheila,

It's an inaccessible kaptcha, which is an image that contains a
bunch of numbers and other characters that you type in as you
 see
them. That's their way to make sure you're not some hacking
system. However, that security check is inaccessible, and you
will need a sighted person to read it to you; that is, unless
 you
have Firefox as your Web browser, in which case you can use
WebVisum. Also, another Facebook tip which will make Facebook a
lot easier and more accessible to use: use m.facebook.com
 instead
of the regular Facebook site! If you have any other Facebook
 questions, please let me know!

Change of subject chris I'm trying to set up a facebook account
and it went fine until it asked me to put in something for
security but i don't know what I'm supposed to put in and then
 it
tells me i'm taking to long to enter whatever it is that it
wants. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
