[Blindtlk] Picture ID's.

In Maryland, our ID is given to us, before leaving the MVA office.I think drivers get sent a reminder in the mail. I have never recieved such mail.However, it is very interesting reading these e-mails on this list. I have not seen that electronic device Lloyde, mentioned earlier. Barbara
