Go to the Better Business Bureau's website, www.bbb.org and search for the
organization under the charity listings. I haven't looked, lately, but in
the past, this organization has not met BBB standards for charitable giving.

You might want to find out where they're headquartered and check with the
agency which regulates charitable organizations. Whether it's a scam or
not, I don't know, for sure. But, I believe you'll find that not all the
money goes to its intended purpose.

hi,

have you heard the commercials for heritage for the blind where they are
asking you to donate your car?
a supervisor claims to say they do plenty for the blind like help with
utility bills and direct newly blind people to the proper sources for
training.
i have heard of numerous people thinking it is a scam but does anyone have
some kind of proof?
