Dear Dave,
Just had the time to try what you said.  It took me a few times to understand when I got to BCC that I just had to press enter.    Hey, you are a great teacher!  So now when I will send the re-broadcast I will use BCC.  So Mike are you happy now?  Never the less, thank you Mike for bringing this to my attention.  But most of all thank you Dave for teaching me to put BCC back on my Outlook.   By the way Dave, where  did you learn so much about the computer?  Again thanks so much.

I am a different David, but here is how to get the BCC field to appear in Outlook 2010.  This would probably work in 2007 too.

Open up a new message with control-n.  Do an alt-p for options, and down arrow once, then tab until you get to BCC.
