[Blindtlk] this one aide is driving me crazy? how should i react?

I would take Cindy's approach first and if that doesn't work, go with Ray's.
I would also bring this to hire ups attention if talking to him and/or
your aid doesn't work. There has to be a chain of command higher up
than him and your aid.
