 The blind person does not have to have anyone elses name on the title, you 
do not have to drive the car to own the car. Since we plan to turn the car 
over to our daughter at age 18, we put her on the title so that at that time 
it will help her chredit history. We will still make the payments, but it 
will then be in her name.
