When did it happen and what exactly happened? If we are talking about
something that happened two decades ago, we'll have less impact than
something that happened two months ago. I am always a bit concerned when

I think the terminology makes a difference in allowing us to know just what
happened to her. But, I think someone in authority, such as law
enforcement, should be doing something about this, whatever it is.
